In the first phase of the project, we work with sketches and simple designs in 2D and 3D so that we can coordinate all requirements as early as possible.

During the design phase, all necessary details are worked out in 3D in the form of components and assemblies, and purchased and standard parts are integrated.

In this phase, 2D drawings are created for all components and assemblies.

Finally, we create all the data required for production and assembly – from parts lists for purchasing to PDF drawings and STEP models for manufacturing.

In order to keep the interfaces to the control technology as small as possible, we create flowcharts, technology descriptions and I/O lists.

We have already implemented numerous large-scale projects – from cooling line installations and complex robot systems to assembly lines for batteries and dosing systems in the food industry. Our portfolio now includes 36 large-scale projects, each with a project scope of 2,000 to 8,000 working hours.

Flexible assembly system for cooling pipes
In this project, stainless steel cooling pipes are assembled, tested, labelled and packed into boxes at several stations on a flexible production line. The development of the workpiece carriers and the definition of over 250 gripping positions were particularly challenging tasks, which we successfully mastered.

Automation for measuring machines
The customer's requirement in this medical technology project was to automatically load the measuring machines with workpieces. Workpiece carriers including palletising station and xyz gantries in combination with a rotary table for measuring the individual parts.
